Who to contact

GTM Garden is a Shapers project led by Nicolas Chapuis. For questions about the site, your signup or your data, write to the address below.

What we record

The form records your email address, chosen language, signup source, signup date and the version of the associated information. Using the same address does not create multiple entries.

Site hosting may generate technical logs, including IP addresses and request information needed to operate and secure the service. These are not part of your waitlist entry.

Why we use it

By joining, you consent to us managing your place on the list and keeping you informed about the GTM Garden launch. Your address is not sold or used to promote other products.

An email address is needed to contact you. You can browse the site without supplying one or joining the list. Site operation and security rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the service accessible and protected.

Where the data goes

Vercel hosts the site and Supabase stores waitlist entries. Access is limited to people authorised to manage GTM Garden and the providers needed to operate it.

These providers may process some data outside the European Economic Area under their terms and transfer safeguards. Their information is linked below. Joining the list does not require a card or create a Stripe payment.

Retention and leaving the list

We retain your entry while preparing and announcing the launch, for as long as it serves to inform you about that opening. If the project stops or this purpose ends, the list no longer needs to be retained.

You can withdraw consent and request removal at any time by writing to us. Leaving the list does not affect your ability to browse the site.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability where applicable. You can also object to processing based on our legitimate interests.

Write from the address you used to join so we can handle your request more easily. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.

Cookies and test access

The site uses a language preference and, for people who already have test access, cookies needed to sign in. The waitlist form does not create a user account.

If you take part in a product test, account information and project data are used to operate that access. This page will be expanded before commercial launch to reflect the services being offered.
